Option 1: If you are applying for one child, or if the child has siblings but they are the principal child, i.e. the sibling discount will not apply to this child and will be used for a second child (on a separate form) Option 2: If you are applying as a sibling or for a second session for the principal child and would like the discount applied to this child, you are filling out the form for now. Please note that for each additional sibling or additional session, a separate sign-up form will need to be filled out.
