Summit Tennis is a trading name of Tennis Tots Ltd (company number 15381797), 6 Park Close, Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks, BN6 9XA. We are the data controller for the information you give us. Contact: admin@summit-tennis.com.
What we collect
When you book a session, a camp or buy kit we collect: your name, email address and phone number; any second contact you give us; your child's name, date of birth and gender; anything you choose to tell us about your child (for example medical needs or allergies); your photo consent choice; and what you bought and paid. Payments are handled by Stripe and direct debits by GoCardless; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
Why we use it
To run your child's sessions and camps safely (registers, emergency contacts, medical information), to take payment, to send you booking confirmations and session updates (including cancellations, for example for rain), and to answer your questions. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running safe sessions, and, for photos, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run Summit Tennis: Google Workspace (email and spreadsheets), Stripe (card and bank payments), GoCardless (direct debits), Cloudflare (this website) and our coaches, who see the registers for the sessions they run. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
While your child attends, and for up to 6 years afterwards for our accounts and insurance records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, or object to how we use it, by emailing admin@summit-tennis.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
